Your Heart is a Time Travel Device
Every time I steward a pilgrimage I am stretched beyond my wildest dreams. And in this great growth, a revelation comes through to me from Spirit. As I am settling in at home from two pilgrimages abroad in Avalon and Egypt, I am finding my way through the transmissions. There are so many new codes to decipher.
One dramatic statement I was given while in Egypt was to change the tagline of my work from midwifing your cosmic evolution to sovereign starseed pilgrimages. Both of these phrases are very much alive in my offerings, however what has become abundantly clear in the past year, is that every single offering I create is a form of pilgrimage.
Even a simple weekly class at West Asheville Yoga studio is so much more than a class. It is an opportunity to journey deep into your soul and retrieve any lost parts of self, integrating them as you become more whole, while we discuss the current astrology, move bodies, meditate, and clear psyches with the gong. What traveling to Egypt has taught me in the past year, on three separate accounts is truly how starry we are. Alongside these pilgrimages, the deep work with my mentor Elder Malidoma Some, has cultivated a container that allowed me to remember the inheriant connection with my Ancestors and the Elements in a way that is essential to this knowing.
We are made of stardust and that is a fact. We so often get caught up in our mundane, 3d worlds of driving cars and paying bills to truly reflect on the cosmicity of this sacred life. Yes, as we live our day to day, we are in our homes, our communities, our villages, towns and cities, but we are ultimately on this spaceship Earth, moving through the galaxies as sacred beings of sound and light.
Your heart is a time travel device. It is a portal to the Divine. It is a way to literally travel through time and space. I have learned in my study of stone medicine, as passed down through the lineage of Jeffrey Yuen an 88th generation Daoist priest, that the ancient Daoists saw the heart as the one organ in the body that can travel through time and space. Scientists have proven that the magnetic field of the heart can literally wrap around the planet multiple times, meaning that through our hearts we can communicate and pray with anyone at the planet at any moment. That is sovereignty.
As we are these powerful, starry beings of sound and light, I wish to share with you the 5 sutras of the Aquairan age as given by Yogi Bhajan. I love these sutras as they are simple, direct, and yet, totally profound.

As we are these beings of vibration, when we consciously shift our thought patterns and paradigms, we cut through the blocks that bind us, with the ability to live our fullest and most sacred lives. With the thinning of the Veil and Ancestor season, I am opening the third spiral of the Adi Shakti Coven. This spiral will be different as it will only be three moonths. I have been guided to keep the spirals shorter for now as we are all going through so many shifts and transformations, that so few of us have no concept of the next nine months, let alone six.
I first received the concept of the Adi Shakti Coven through Spirit in the spring of 2017. In my heart, this is the foundation of a mystery school and temple, which I still hold the vision of birthing when the time is ripe. However, when the transmission of the Adi Shakti coven came through, I immediately shrank back, thinking that 'I am too young' 'I don't have enough life experience yet', 'I haven't done enough of my work yet', 'Who will come?' etc. All the bullshit we, especially we as womxn, have been conditioned to put ourselves through.
And the reality is, there is no arrival point. There is no perfection here on earth. We learn mastery through teaching that which we love and are passionate about. So as this Adi Shakti Coven Spiral Three is unveiled, I would love for you to join our circle. There are now two distinct paths, a virtual and an in person.
