Pulling back the veils of the Otherworld ::: a Call to you from the Queen's Chamber of Khufu, the Great Pyramid
The Festival of Remembrance is fully upon us. We have pulled back the veils of the Otherworld as we are in the midst of a most potent Samhain portal, which is actually exact next Wednesday, November 7th when we welcome both Solar and Lunar Samhain, an epic marriage of great shedding and completion. In addition to a most potent New Moon next Wednesday we have epic astrology happening next week. Uranus also slides back into Aries, Jupiter leaps into Sagittarius and the Nodes of Fate shift from the Leo-Aquarius axis to the Cancer-Capricorn axis. These are absolutely massive changes to our collective consciousnesses and personal lives.
This time of the year is the Dark of the Moon, Hallow's Eve, All Soul's Night, the Festival of Remembrance, and also known as Samhain. This is the Ending and the Beginning of the Celtic Wheel of the Year.
This is ancestor time. Our lineage is yearning for us to call to them, as they are the bridge between Spirit and Matter. This time of magick and mystery is when the veil between the seen and the unseen realms becomes so thin, that our ability to travel beyond time and space is much more available.
The Dark has been demonized as a means of control to keep us from accessing our power. When we shut off these abilities we actually shut off our ability to know our true light. We can find many facets of the Dark Goddess in various traditions including Hecate, Sekhmet, Blodeuwedd, Cerridwen, Kali, the Erinyes, Sedna, Nephthys, the Black Madonna and many, many more. Fear not these dark Mothers, as they assist us with traveling deep into the abyss of Self and Psyche. All of Creation is born from the Dark. The Dark is fertility and purity of consciousness.
As a woman with Black Moon Lilith conjunct my ascendant and Pluto in my first house I know in my bones and blood much about what it means to carry the Dark Goddess with you wherever you go. Until the 36th year of my life I deeply struggled with what it meant to carry the Dark Goddess with you when you are in essence so bright and Light. It was a heavy, heavy burden. The powers of the Dark have such a high resonance of bullshit detector that it makes it hard to be in relation with others because you know every. single. time. one. lies. You feel the purity or lack of purity in others intentions. However, as I have made peace with the Dark Goddess and surrendered into her, I have found that my strength is with her. No one will ever take that away.
The Otherworld is calling for us to claim our sovereignty during these times. We are shaken awake as humanity to face the reality that these times we live in are far too important to slumber. Build your ancestor altars today. Call to your allies from the Otherworld. Cast your protection circles. Pray for your descendants. Give gratitude to Mother Earth.
