Venus Day Blessings dear One,

My prayer is that you are integrating through the Eclipse portal with ease and grace. Monday's Eclipse was potently beautiful. Did you see the glorious moon? I stood outside in below freezing weather with my head back for over 1/2 an hour, as I could not take my eyes off of Her.

Now we are shedding during this waning moon phase. You may feel tired, exhausted, hopeful, overwhelmed, manic, blissful, lethargic, or depressed as you are integrating an essential Eclipse journey. Make sure you take the time to drink lots of water, walk outdoors, eat grounding foods, lean on a tree, prioritize yourself, gaze at the stars, meditate, laugh, weep with Mother Earth, play beautiful music and dance.

I've heard from many of you this past week about all that you are going through. These times are intense. 2019 is about leveling up with the velocity of Saturn, Pluto and the Karmic South Node in Capricorn. Our work is not just about self mastery, it is about mastering our ancestral lineages. We are digging to the core of who we are, purging the roots of home and family. Buried memories are coming to the surface. This work is mighty.

The truth is, you've got this. Whatever you are going through you have the ability to meet it head on with an open, wide heart. The new normal is all about massive expansion and radical purification. In any given moment you are most likely contracting with essential closure, while building a new dream. The key is to work the balance of the two with integrity and grace. As we build in 2019, we rewrite our narratives.
