Ra Ma will lead early morning Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Gong.  We will gather at West Asheville Yoga 6:30-8 am Monday through Friday.  The cannon of Kundalini Yoga offers some amazing ways to detox, heal the liver and digestion, strengthen your immune system and boost your metabolism.   We will practice meditations to support your cleanse and clear your subconscious.
